poor IT digital access pass. It does not work with all gym readers.

Old worn out equipment with broken welds and bent arms. If OSHA was involved in the fitness arena they would shut this place down. Very poor conditions. Dirty, sweaty grime from floor to walls. When it rains the leaks make it nearly impossible to work out. This is definitely the trailer park of gyms. Don’t get a membership here because they make it impossible to cancel. If someone you know invites you do them a favor and take them to Planet Fitness or the back alley of any city and you’ll be in a cleaner and safer environment. It’s called Anytime because any time you consider going here you should go somewhere else.

They will rope you into a multi month trainer package and will not let you out. It is a hard sell tactic that you don't even know you are getting into. Once you sign up it is tough luck for you. If you need a trainer just pay for it one at a time. You may pay a bit more but you won't see recurring charges for months on end which you can't reverse. They just say you signed a contract. Don't get sucked in and screwed by Anytime Fitness.

Would not recommend this institution! Does not honor cancellation and customer service is no help. Stay away.

I would not recommend using this establishment at all. I had contract with them after contract end they said I owed them money though my contract was over. Total rip-off!!!

Beware there is no way to cancel this membership. They say you have 30 days to cancel but will not cancel it when requested.BEWARE they are pushy and unwilling to work with you I was injured in a car accident and unable to use membership and they still won't cancel it!!!

Recently went to the Aldgate gym for a free trial that I booked online but when I arrived I was shown around but the manager Habs refused a free trial, told I had to pay £10 .. False advertising!!!

Signed up online for a free trial. Had it all booked and confirmed so I went there on the time I had pre booked and was told I had to pay for a day pass in order to have a trial. Was told the manager called abs or habs (habib) told the staff not to let anyone have a free trial even tho it clearly offers this when you sign up. That was the allie street branch in aldgate. Ended up a total waste of time and also was treated like I wasn't welcome there so I'm glad I never joined online without going there first.
