Company charged my card 3 times that is unauthorized. Don't trust them with your credit card information for sure. Very Very bad customer service. Still trying to get these charges reversed after 3 weeks. What a joke.

Dishonest and misleading. Unexplained repeating charges after cancelling membership. Extremely hard to cancel membership. Heavily overpriced for a mid-range gym. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT sign up.

Ik ben erg ontevreden over de gang van zaken bij Anytime Sevenum. Oude materialen, groepslessen die nu worden afgeschaft (zoals pumpen en spinning), en ze adverteren met trainers maar die zijn er niet….maar wel de prijs verhogen…

This company is FULL of deceptive practices!!! They sent me this email saying my account is paid in full on October 2. But when I call the accounts department they say it is still active!!! They have LIED since the beginning and they entrap you into their membership. They only way you can get out of it is to become permanently injured in other words they want you to keep coming back until you can't function any longer OR you have to DIE!!! Totally counter intuitive of what a health club should want for you!!! They care more about making money for their trainers than the people they are training!!! I have found a DR who will sign my note but REALLY???? They treat you like a child. You have to get a DR's note to get out of the gym membership!!!! Absurd!! If you injure me I know better than any doctor whether I can continue that exercise or not. I am an athlete!!! But I know my limits! Who are they to dictate to me what is good for me or not??? Their policy is moot when it comes to their exercises injuring you. I DO NOT want to even exercise around these people. I have seen 100's of posts regarding poor equipment as well and since their focus is on keeping their trainers well paid clearly they do not have a focus on the rest of the gym either.

Anytime Fitness via Crispolti Roma …si sono fatti vivi dopo 3 anni facendomi contattare da un’agenzia per il recupero crediti perché avevo interrotto abbonamento durante il covid …perché loro ovviamente li addebitavano lo stesso sul mio conto …non si sono fatti vivi per propormi di continuare ad andare e quindi in modo giustificato pagare le mensilità …non ho usufruito per 7 mesi della palestra e loro vogliono lo stesso il pagamento …più gli interessi ..mi hanno fatto contattare tutti i giorni dal recupero crediti in modo ossessivo senza darmi possibilità di interagire con la palestra stessa …devo pagare per qualcosa di cui non ho usufruito ..assurdo …avrei dovuto pagare e non sarei potuta andare …come tante persone sono rimaste fregate avendo pagato in anticipo abbonamento annuale che poi non è stato risarcito …

Worst place a never been in my life I went here and suppose to be paid them every 2 weeks but got sick wasn’t able to work out I call them multiple time no one pick send multiple email no respond , leave voice messages no respond I decided to go to the location I choose with them nothing . Have a chance that someone text a make an appointment and I signed the cancellation . Trust me guys they still taking money to my account. Imagine from last week of August taking over $100 still now guys is a lot Stay away from them big scammmm

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. BIGGGG SCAMMMMM . I wanted to express my disappointment with Anytime Fitness regarding unexpected maintenance fees. During my 12-month contract, I’ve already been PAID two maintenance fees, AND GOT CHARGED FOR THE THIRD ONE which seems excessive and unfair. Initially, I was informed that my membership would be straightforward, but these additional charges were never clearly communicated. After my account was frozen for three months WHICH RESULTED MY MEMBERSHIP DATE GOT EXTENDED FROM AUGUST TO NOVEMBER AND GOT CHARGED CEF FEES AGAIN IN OCTOBER, I expected my membership to be protected from extra fees, yet I still received charges that I wasn’t prepared for. When I reached out to customer service for clarification, I found the responses lacking and unhelpful. This has really affected my experience with the gym, as transparency is crucial in building trust with members. While I enjoy the facilities and the overall environment, the repeated unexpected charges have left me reconsidering my membership. I hope Anytime Fitness can improve their communication about fees in the future to avoid frustrating experiences for other members.

Do not go to this gym! Cannot cancel without having to pay off the ridiculous contract, was not informed of this at sign up, guess I’ll have to start reading the fine print in the contracts from now on. Biggest scam ever.
