I've read the reviews here and understand that every gym is a franchise with its own independent owner. So you will expect an inconsistent experience across the board. I was and will be frequently visiting East London for a few days a month and was looking at gym options. I called anytime Stratford and was invited down for a trial and we discussed options on memberships with the boss or owner. Female eastern European. Really nice, genuine, hard working woman. For me I need a one month option.. Or.. I would have took the 3 months (albeit expensive) if there hadn't been such a big joining fee. Instead, the manager found a one of solution that suited me. The gym was immaculate, the equipment is definitely top of the range. I use two gyms in Dublin, two memberships. And I'd recommend this gym no problem. The manager had the place immaculate and all weights were in their place 👌🏻 The only thing I will say is when I looked into joining it would have been a £40 joining fee and £55 a month so for three months that's £205 and I can use any any time fitness. That's €240 to me. I can join in Ireland for €190 including joining fee and use any gym. London is far more expensive. But, the staff, the owner / manager, the gym, the equipment, all fantastic in Stratford. Too expensive for what it is but it served a purpose.

I was extremely satisfied with my experience with Training instructor Charles Dean...very personable, knowledgeable, patient instructor who helped regain strength to my shoulders and legs after 40 years in the painting trades...highly recommend this gentleman

The staff how kind and helpful they are

The single best decision I made after I retired, was joining Anytime Fitness on John Milton Drive in Reston Va. I joined, because my doctors told me that unless I worked on my core, and my balance, I was just one fall away from a serious injury. I’ve been working with Beverly & Maria, and they are incredible knowledgeable, highly trained, and very patient. I used to be a runner, but I didn’t do much strength training. They are focused on increasing my strength & balance, and I am really amazed how much progress I’ve made in such a short time. The staff are very kind & considerate, and I feel very comfortable working out next to people who are so much stronger than I am. The staff is also flexible. I’ve belonged to other gym, but this place makes me feel like it was tailored for me.

I had a wonderful experience here! It's nice and private, not having too many people at once. The front desk staff are superb!! Will keep attending here!

This gym is fully equipped with good quality equipments and here the environment is also suitable for better workout. It also feels premium because of its low crowd .
