The support was quick on replying which I was really surprised. What got my attention was the depth this company put into the response on how and what Can be done to fix my issue and that alone told me this company not only just sells software but wants their customers to be satisfied that it does what it’s supposed to do and if it fails they go into great length to help you personally to rectify the issue. The support in this company is AAA+ in my opinion. The issue was fixed and the product is well designed for my Mac Mini m4. Thanks again .

I use the Video Converter and Screen Recorder. I am very happy with how well they work. I recently had problems with my computer and required a reset to get them reloaded. I did have some difficulty but the staff at AnyMP4 persevered until I was satisfied. I would recommend their products and applaud their service.

I needed my registration codes reset because I moved to a new computer. Customer service responded and reset my codes within 24 hours. I love their products and think it's the best DVD software available. I own DVD Ripper, DVD Copy and DVD Creator. All three are awesome products and are user friendly.

Have you ever had a file format not compatible with whatever media player/OS you use, well AnyMP4 has you covered, convert that video and play it with AnyMP4 been using it for years awesome product.

I had a License activation problem after doing a motherboard / CPU upgrade and requested an activation code reset. AnyMP4 responded very quickly and I was back in operation again. They were most helpful.
