Handled the complaint about the refund well.

Tried their video repair software for a choppy video from my smartphone, and the free version only lets you view the first 10 seconds. Since their website has a "30-day money back guarantee", I figured I'd pay for just a 1-month subscription to give it a shot. When I clicked to repair the file, it finished the repair process in less than one second. The video was over 300 MB! Did it even try to repair the video? I don't know. I contacted their support team and supplied the video for their R&D group. They replied saying that there was no problem with their software, and it couldn't fix my file. Now since it was completely pointless for me to purchase their product, I asked for a refund. They refused, saying they only give a refund if there is a problem with their software itself.

AnyMp4 ist gerade noch gut das Desktop aufzuzeichnen- aber dann kommt es schon an seine Grenzen da es zu mehr nicht Taugt! Im Netz findet man Zahlreich super Bewertungen und die Vorstellung wie man Sky oder MagentaTV aufnehmen kann- ja kann man aber bei beiden nur noch den Audiostream wobei Sky schon immer nur das mp3 Signal einwandfrei aufgezeichnet werden kann. MagentaTV wurde in der Vergangenheit noch mit Bild aufgezeichnet aber längst nicht mehr. Der Support ist mangelhaft da es eine Marotte ist nie auf das angefragte Problem überhaupt Stellung zu Nehmen. Auch meine zahlreichen Hinweise dass im Netz nur falsche Tatsachen verbreitet werden und das eigentlich entfernt gehört interessiert vom Support auch niemanden. Ich kann dieses Sinnfreie Tool beim besten Willen niemanden empfehlen um sich selbst eine Enttäuschung zu ersparen. Auch ist es eine Frechheit der Zahlreichen Webseiten solche Lügen zu verbreiten und wenn man diese darauf Aufmerksam macht wird man ignoriert! I bought several DVD and Blue ray converters from AnyMP4 back in 2013. The DVD and Blue Ray Players/converters worked great and were much easier than freeware. I purchased the lifetime license and have enjoyed the free upgrades for all of these years. I finally decided to retire my 2009 Mac Pro and replace it with the new MacBook M3. I used the same license information from my original email to register my applications. Unfortunately, I received the error code, "already used registration license". Bummer, I thought it would work for my lifetime. I sent off an email to AnyMP4 support and received a response within 12 hours. My registration code has been renewed for use on my new MacBook. My code was for 1 PC and I needed support to assist with my hardware upgrade. The speed and responsiveness of the support team at AnyMP4 is fantastic. This isn't the first time I've had to email for help. They always respond quick and provide solution to the issues.

Never buy from these Chinese a holes, they dont honor their warranty

Had an excellent experience with customer experience when requiring help with shifting my registration due to a computer upgrade. Product itself is far from perfect. But I find Bluray play back seems to be somewhat troublesome across the board. I'm glad to have something I can use that isn't ridiculously expensive.

I needed a converter quickly for my project.. I had AnyMP4 a couple years ago and loved how easy it was to use then. So I tried it again, and it's even better because it has even more capabilities. After I downloaded the product, I wasn't able to register it after I paid for it. So, I simply contacted the help support email. An actual person replied, and helped. Within a very short time, I was off and running. The person behind the email even did follow up to make sure my issue was resolved. Thats quality service right there. I am a retired UX designer, so the interface is my thing. I could operate the software without any direction - so that's a win in my book. Thank you AnyMP4. I got my project submitted in time because of you "guys".
