I have previously enjoyed using AnyMP4 MAC Video Converter Ultimate to convert old opera recordings from TV to MP4 format. In the spring of 2023, I replaced my old 2014 iMac with a MacBook Pro/M1 processor. I haven’t used AnyMP4 on my MacBook until now, as I have recently retired. The program reported an error! Even after an update, so I contacted support. It became a process involving four correspondences, during which I received a detailed description of what tests I needed to perform, including video recording my actual screen activities. I am 72 years old, not an IT nerd, but the instructions I received were understandable and worked on the first attempt. It all ended with reinstalling AnyMP4 MAC Video Converter Ultimate, which now works perfectly. Videos on the Mac are created in .MOV format, and I convert them to .MP4. The last video I made was a reduction from 10.64 GB (.MOV) to 473.5 MB (.MP4). Thanks for great help :)

Very serious company. A few days ago I contacted the technical support to ask how to activate my AnyMP4 Blu-ray player license in the new computer because what I had was no longer repairable. After a few hours from my request, the technical support contacted me and made themselves available and kind in solving my problem that actually solved.

Great support. Changed my ssd drive on PC and had an error activating the license. The support helped me and now i can record my gameplays. Software is good for 4k 60 fps at 45 mbps and youtube quality is decend even after youtube compression.

The customer support was outstanding. My simple question was answered promptly and the solution provided was perfect to accomplish my objective of recording both video and audio from a Zoom meeting. AnyMP4 is the only product of several that I tried that allows me to record while using headphones and still capture the audio. Either the settings in the other products are too difficult to understand or the products just don't allow the use of headphones. In any case, AnyMP4 is working great for me and I am so very happy!

Het programma doet bijna wat het moet doen, branden van goede kwaliteit dvd's en Blurays. Het hoofdmenu instellen is goed te doen alleen jammer dat een venster (placeholder) in staat dat je niet kunt verwijderen, alleen verplaatsen. Verder kan ik geen voorvertoning aanvinken zoals een introfilmpje. Verder voldoet dit stukje software aan zijn eisen. Mvg Peter Willems

Good and simple

I have been using AnyMP4 "Video Converter Ultimate" since October 2023 and have never had any issues with the product, it does what it says it does and it does it well. I recently had an issue when I tried to install it on my new Mac Studio Computer saying my product ID had already been used. I emailed Customer Service and they had me back up and running in a flash. Thanks AnyMP4 it's a great product!
