Komplette Abzocke, die hatten mein Handy gar nicht im Programm, habe es nach 10 Minuten gekündigt und mich beschwert. Bis heute keine Rückerstattung von meinem Geld. NIE Wieder !!

I bought AnyMP4 Blu-ray and had problems with it so asked for a refund they offer a 30 day money back guarantee or so I thought. They said the must first check it is the software at fault and asked me to upload a file which was just over 1GB so I did they then came back and askes for the data file off the disk which was almost 4GB telling me I could use google drive to upload it. I did this and it took ages, They then came back and asked for all the files off the disk which is 38 GB it won't fit on google drive and would probably take a week to upload so I have not done that All I can say is buyer beware They are always polite but when you comply they ask for more.

I am very satisfied with the support that helped me transfer the license when i changed computers.

I was searching time ago a program that i can use with a blueray player i bought for PC, to share every tueasday a movie from my library with my 4 friends in VR mode; i tested a few other programs but in the mayority of cases, don´t now why, some DVD/BlueRay discs not play, then i found AnyMP4 on september 2024 and these discs play with no issues, sufficient reason to buy a license. Yesterday i instralled again the program in my new computer and was not able to activate the license, we cointacted support and they solve us the issue in just ine email. So a good program that suits my needs combined with good technical support is the best purchase combination. Highly recommended.

I needed to have the date removed from 40 photos. I bought this service from AnyMP4, but it didn't work in my computer. Their supportteam solved the problem. They asked me to send the pictures to them and then removed the dates and returned the photos to me. Perfect!
