Worst customer service I've dealt with in a long time. I bought a ps5 bundle. The game voucher code that came with it had already been used. They told me to contact Sony. I was denied by Sony and was told to ask the seller for a replacement or refund. I called antonline and they said they would replace it and I would hear back by email by the end of the day. Nothing. Called back the next day and they said it could take 48 hours. Still nothing. Called the 4th day and the gentleman said he was going to escalate the problem himself and I would hear back by the end of the day. Still nothing. Now when I call its as if my number has been flagged. It does not allow me to speak to anyone and only plays a recording of the hours they are open and hangs up even when I'm calling within those hours. I got the runaround and ultimately got took by these people. They did nothing to fix the situation. Beware

So Far. Gift has yet to be opened for Christmas, but delivery was fine

I ordered an expensive projector on Black Friday. Great price. They never shipped and instead made up a story that the transaction was suspect. I am a very affluent consumer who paid with Amex Platinum. They are a scam --suck you in with prices and then don't deliver. Shameful and dishonest.
