Antonline.comReviews of antonline.com

Dishonest company, gave me completely false shipping confirmation on 2 occasiosn and then said the carries (Amazon) was investigating when there was no activity on the amazon delivery confirmation. Although I continued to escalate the issues they just sent reptitive we are looking into it without ever providing and real updates. I purchased something though best buy online not realizing that let these scam site operate there. DONT USE THIS SITE!

Ordered a laptop through Walmart.com and Antonline.com they used FedEx which delivered to the wrong house. Sent delivery photo of a porch that does not belong to me. Called to speak with customer service got ahold of a rude guy. Was told he didn't see the email I was talking about even though I was reading from it sent 3 minutes before I called he then proceeded to hang up on me. Will get a refund through walmart ridiculous company should've known based out of Atlanta. All I wanted was a replacement I need it for school in three days. HORRIBLE COMPANY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE UNPROFESSIONAL.

Had an issue with a return. They were very helpful. Quick response.

Ordered a MS Arc mouse from them on Amazon and returned it because the shipping took too long. I didn't even open the package. They charged a 100% restocking fee. I opened an A-Z claim, talked to a representative about how they made no attempt to contact me and the 100% restocking fee on top of that clearly violates their policies. The second agent sent a refund immediately and said they will continue the investigation. According to gemini, the refund will be pulled directly from their account and the a-z claim will ding them. I encourage pple to file a-z claims against this company on Amazon when they get scammed by them and see these reviews too late, like me.

BE WARNED THESE PEOPLE ARE CRIMINAL SWINDLERS! I spent over $1100 to purchase a new laptop online. When it came, it was inoperable and clearly used. The BIOS had to be updated, the speakers, microphone, touchscreen, and camera were never loaded on the machine and thereby not usable and screen flickered so badly that you could not type. I instantly emailed them to return the laptop and four days went by so I followed up and received an email to "return it through the best buy portal" which made zero sense so I replied and asked for clarification and was ignored again for over a week. When I finally went ape shit crazy in an email they responded that "the ten day return window had closed and the sale was final". Meanwhile the entirety of the ten days was due to the horrific customer service and gamesmanship played by the sales team. I then returned the laptop which they received (Fedex confirmation) and the company has went ghost silent - so they have my $1100 AND the laptop. I just filed a suit against them and have filed complaints with every regulatory board I can think of. This has been ongoing for four months. These people are criminals and con artists and if you are not careful they will swindle you too! Please head these warnings and choose another company to purchase from as you will be left holding the bag and out thousands of dollars and months of frustrated time with no resolve in sight like I am. They should be shut down for their predatory and deceptive business practices.

I got scammed out of money because they never packed the product I ordered and won’t refund or send the item even though I sent them the packing slip without the product I ordered on it. They said fed ex said it was delivered so it was my problem not theirs.

A1 stars actually being way too nice Lost order Been 2 1/2 months Still have not gotten my item or receive refund It took an Amazon staff to get involved They do not return phone calls, emails or anything else And the guy named Sam that answers the phone is a prick

These guys are the worst! They lie, dont reply to messages or emails, wont refund my money for an item that was rerouted back to them, it never even left their city. SCAMMERS!
