Great product good service

Looks perfect in our new home at the base of the stairway.

Arrived right on time, easy instructions and assembly, little tuff getting remote and wires hooked up. I'm not sure but after installed turn on and it will shut itself off after awhile? I do wish it didn't have the remote or had option for pull chain for the lower ceiling installs. Great product, I love it.

on your instructions would be nice to no exactly they type/size bulb along with the shape that you indicate. Cover has a hole that is way to large for the nut, when I talked to you indicated you were aware and working on the issue. Did notice on the box that a few of the antlers were touching the cardboard and could have been easily damaged in shipping, box need to be just a little bit bigger. Otherwise good product

Excited to get our product so I can finish our update this review

Love them! I mounted them on the outside of my house. Very easy to install and put together. They look real.

Even in the busy holiday time...they shipped my order out in a few days...fast response time to questions via email.

Fast and easy and I love the ceiling fan!
