Great product
Great product, potential and existing clients love to speak with a live person 24 hours a day. Answering Legal allows my firm the ability to respond to my client's needs, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Great service
I got the service for the free trial, with every intention to get the trial and cancelling. I have been with them ever since! It has done nothing but alleviate my phone time. The operators are professional and courteous. I wish I had this service before.

Consistently friendly and savvy phone…
Consistently friendly and savvy phone answering 24/7/365. Been with this service for years now. I recall one small hiccup in the past two years or so but it was truly minor and it was taken seriously by the service and there has otherwise never been even one problem.

Highly recommended
I am a solo attorney who generally does everything myself, including answering the phones. I was somewhat skeptical of using an answering service. After my experience with Answering Legal I don’t know why I waited so long. They do basic intake of each call, with a summary of the caller’s information sent via text and email. This intake is customizable for your particular practice. The process of patching calls works well. They do a good job of screening out spam (which does not count against your monthly allotment of minutes). I have also found that it makes a big difference for a client to have a person answer the phone rather than voicemail. Unlike other services, they are 24/7. The cost of the service is very reasonable compared with other services but, unlike the others, Answrring Legal only services lawyers.

Increasing your client base,,,,,
I have been a customer of Answering Legal for approximately four years, and I am pleased with their professional services. The staff members are incredibly competent and courteous to the individuals calling my office. I would highly recommend their services to anyone who wants to increase their potential client base.
