Great customer service but 2 out of 3 of my belts buckles broke...
Originally I posted a more negative review because 2 out of 3 of my buckles broke. However I've since reached out to them as they offer a lifetime warranty and I found their customer service to be excellent. They sent me replacements right away. However as much as I thought that the belts were very good quality before they broke I'm still a little bit worried about them breaking again when I wear them as it's happened twice already- maybe a slight design flaw or I'm just unlucky. Either way, I don't totally trust the longevity and if I travel I'll always take a back up belt in case.
