They don't solve issues, customer service is extremely inadequate. Their website is garbage and the login codes do not work. They only want to collect private information and data scrape, they have no morals or ethics. They do not answer the phone, the automated system constantly hangs up before you are able to reach a LIVE person. I spoke with a agent on the live chat feature named Alice (case number 29431088) who DID NOT HELP ME AT ALL....... Just ran me around in circles doing the exact same thing over and over again without solving my issue. Very inadequate and time wasters. They only want to collect personal information that they sell off to random companies.

How can anyone mess with someone's credit report adding incorrect information. saying default when both companies been settled when you raise dispute takes months to investigate but seconds to add to credit file as default.. stop messing about transunion it's not a game but consumers credit your messing with

THIS IS THE 3RD TIME WHERE I TRIED TO LOG IN WITH MY CORRECT EMAIL AND PASSWORD THAT YOUR SITE AGAIN DIDNT RECOGNIZE IT AND AFTER A FEW ATTEMPTS YOUR SITE TEMP SUSPENDED MY ACCOUNT!! NOW I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL YOU OPEN YOUR OFFICES TO GET IT UNLOCKED. TALKING ABOUT BEING AN INCONVENIENCE AND UTERLY FRUSTRATING!!!!

Tried to change my email address. 4 weeks later, still not resolved. Most incompetent 'technology' company I have ever worked with. Hard to believe the morons are still in business.

Wish I could give a zero. I don't usually write negative reviews, but this company is seriously the WORST. Except for maybe Experian and Equifax. It's criminal that these agencies have been given so much power over the American consumer.

The letter i got in the mail states that a cyber incident occurred ..."the information was 'limited to specific data elements and did not include credit reports or core credit information." In my case, it involved my SSN and DOB. Why do they think this isn't CORE CREDIT info? Furthermore, they offer monitoring for 24 months [it should be for life] and trying to enroll means going through a call center in India where NOBODY can here what I'm saying because there are many other people on the phone. What ghastly service from a major company. What impunity to minimize tha this was ONLY my SSN and DOB. Shame on you TransUnion. I froze my credit to protect it. You screwed up.

As of today Has to be one of the worst customer service agency going, They pass from pillar to post , no accountability no responsibility either, False repeating and try blame clerical and or 3 rd party, No call backs to help, Standard generic emails, Utter utter disgrace

Their credit score is fundamentally based on a totally incorrect concept. The more one uses a credit card, regardless of it being paid off in full each month, the lower your score. Any sensible person with any financial knowledge knows it’s best to do so, whilst earning interest on your cash in the meanwhile ….particularly if it’s a CASHBACK card ! I don’t know why so many of the banks rely on this incorrectly based concept
