I ordered a kit on May 7 and selected twice a week delivery. I have NOT received the first kit even though they said it would be received within 5-7 days. My order is processing still and my second kit is supposed to pull next week from my account and I’ve not even got the first one. I attempted to reach out to their customer support but have only received a canned response. I searched up and found their customer service number but they tell you in a recorded message if you are calling about kits or their website you have to use their online only form and the number is only for their book club and magazine subscriptions. It is absolutely ridiculous they have no means for anyone to ACTUALLY talk to a person for a subscription service besides submitting a prefilled form on their site. The charge for the kit is still pending with my bank so I can’t even dispute the charge so the money is tied up. I’m furious because in the past I’ve heard nothing but positives regarding their kits and now I can’t even get my first kit in a timely fashion.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Same thing happened to me as the other reviews. Some sort of migration and can’t access my account. I was 4 months in and now can’t access the training videos from the previous ones! No phone number for help just a form online and it’s been a week and hasn’t got back to me yet. Never again.

I signed up and purchased Irish Fields Aran Knit Afghan in March 2025. I received my first kit fairly quickly and I enjoyed knitting the first block. Now it’s been 2 months and have received no communication from this company, regarding when I will receive my second kit. I’ve sent 3 different emails. The kit does not even show in my purchase history on my account nor my digital library. The phone number is automated and you can’t get anyone to talk to. I’ve never been so frustrated.

Absolutely awful. My second kit was severely delayed. The customer service agent was so rude, I was beside myself. Now, several kits later, they did a website migration and it says I have no subscriptions. At this point, halfway through a $200+ afghan, I feel completely swindled. I will never recommend this pathetically run company to anyone.

I was so happy with this company at first! The crochet tutorials are easy to follow and the materials are of high quality. However… I have finished 8/10 kits for the afghan I’m working on, and now my kits have just…stopped coming for over a month. I’ve emailed customer service 3 times, and haven’t gotten any resolution. Additionally, now my subscription isn’t even showing up on my account. It still shows as an active account, and one work in progress is listed, but it doesn’t show the afghan I’ve almost finished. Being this close to complete, and having no idea what’s going on, is the most frustrating thing I can imagine. Not getting any response is exacerbating the problem. I am currently searching for another club to replace Annie’s. My most recent experiences with them have turned me off for good.

Glad I'm not the only one. Sad that it has come to this though. I just finished the 6th of 9 squares for my Aran blanket. When I go into my account it shows I have no subscriptions and no orders. Yet all 6 of my digital files are still available. It also said I had no payment method on file, but when I try to add one the Paypal square does nothing and the add credit card square just says add card info but there are no fields to add the info. I'm seriously disappointed as I've already spent a pretty penny on this so far and now I have a partially done blanket. Sure jhope they fix what they did soon.

Like Laurie R on April 15, 2025 I am having the same or worse experience because I also ordered a child’s kit in addition to the crochet kit. They erroneously merged shipping and billing to a child, I can't get to videos to get instruction for the crochet blanket but can for a Childs craft kit. I believe its time to get in touch with the Better business bureau group, and notify state officials. These kit clubs are expensive and think this co is in default or possibly being operated off shore.

If I could give a zero star I would. You CANNOT get someone on the phone, EVER. It states online to email and you will be contacted within 24 hours...its been 78 so far. I called a place that answered and they said they no longer handle Annies customer service but will send them an email. I have done this method TWICE, nothing happened...But I was also promised a phone call by TODAY...I have NOT received a phone call. I am beyond pissed. My 2nd kit has not arrived. I cannot work on the blanket. I would simply ask for a refund but how can you when they have NO WAY TO CALL THEM!!! Also when I login...all y things are gone! I can do nothing online.
