I was initially very pleased with Annie's kit club. I was gifted a kit for the mandala Afghan and the first four shipments came on time with everything needed and wonderful instructions. Unfortunately, the company has undergone some kind of merger and technology migration which has caused all shipments to stop. I was able to get a response from customer service regarding how to access the digital files for the kits that have been previously shipped, but no response has been offered to my questions regarding when shipments will resume. I'm so disappointed. I really hope they are able to figure this out because they used to be a great company.

I have absolutely loved Annie’s for the past 4 years, but this platform migration they are engaged in has caused delays in shipping (over a month) and missing information in member accounts. It appears that customer service has moved to online access (an emailed form) only which is also EXTREMELY inconvenient with no ETA for response. I am hoping that the company is able to regroup after this disaster.

I have enjoyed creating several of Annie's afghan kits in the past, but recently can not access the video tutorial for the Happy Days Afghan. When I emailed customer service I received an email in return that said my account had been cancelled. I do not want to cancel my account. Please assist with this miscommunication.

April 2025, things came to a halt !!!! I have been receiving Kits 1-7 for the Moroccan Christmas Spice afghan, under Annies Kit Club. The middle of April, they merged with Annies Attic, and all my information, kit subscription, and all access to my patterns and video tutorials have vanished !!! I am hoping, with the merge, that my Annies Kit Club subscription is merged into the new Annies Attic. Fortunately, all the squares are done, and if I have to figure out the 3 remaining borders, somehow I will. But this is very upsetting.

Customer Service AWFUL - Quality of kits good. The kits are find as long as they come in perfect, nothing is wrong, you want to keep them all, and you don't have to call them ever. They have the worst customer service and etiquette. The products and crafts themselves... I have done a lot and the kits themselves are good. I have decided to stop because I am so unhappy with their customer service and as a business owner don't think they deserve my money or gift memberships I have purchased any longer. Whats worse, is I really really wanted to love this company. I am so disappointed in them. It's the perfect gift and family bonding crafts. I gave them a number of chances to make one thing right, fix another item and when I called to cancel one club and switch to another they just didn't want to discuss my concerns or what can be done to fix this at all. I am so bummed!

First of all I have been a long time knitter and I feel it is deceiving to say this is advance novice..it is the very least intermediate. The kits are very over priced.. I just wanted the pattern but the only way to get it was to join the knit pattern club. The kit comes with two skeins of acrylic yarn ,average price on line $6per skein and a pamphlet with instructions . For that you pay $27 a month plus tax. The final cost is $360 The only benefit of the club is the very thorough video instructions.. The Aphgan took me over 9 months to complete and I worked on it pretty consistently.. it is beautiful but would probably be nicer with a better yarn. Also kit delivery was often delayed.

The only reason i give this company 2 stars is because I really like their products. However, I've had nothing but problems with billing, customer service and their site online. No way will I ever order something from them again.

I'm working on my 3rd kit I had no problems with the first 2 and absolutely love the finished product. However this 3rd kits I ordered in December my first kit was shipped 1/12 it is now week 5 and I'm still not seeing kits 2 as being shipped. So frustrating. I really hope the rest of this kit will be sent on time so I can finish it on time for a special gift.
