I loved it super easy sign up online got my kit in about 4 days. My birth went super smooth it took about 30 min for them to collect the core blood. the communication they are super fast to respond if I have any question will be using them for my next baby for sure

Great! I appreciate how someone came and pick up the core blood.. I had a difficult time in the hospital so I didn’t have worry about that extra step.

Affordable and easy. My baby came in earlier and they sent a package right away. Only thing is I wasn’t really informed after they took the blood for 30 days even when I sent messages. I did call and was able to reach someone. I feel like somewhere there should be a message informing it reached location after pick up and what the next step is.

We typically notify parents when it arrives at the lab via text and then we hold off on other communication so you can focus on your new addition!
