Importware aus China, schlechte Qualität, unmenschliche Lieferzeit, Rücksendung muss vom Käufer getragen werden (Paket mit Sendeverfolgung nach China = 45,99 Euro). Als Alternative wurde mir per Mail ein 40% refund angeboten und als ich dies annehmen wollte, hieß es es geht doch nicht und ich kann nur einen 40% discount code haben. (Mail verlauf noch vorhanden). Ich rate jedem ausdrücklich davon ab hier zu bestellen. Die Preise für die Qualität und die Rücksendekriterien sind wirklich eine einzige bodenlose Frechheit

Horrendous wait time for clothing orders Over a month and no indication they've shipped, ordered in November and my order still hasn't come. Recommended to stay away.

Ich warte seit 1 Monat auf meine Bestellung. Kundenservice antwortet nur verzögert. Es hieß das ein Artikel nicht auf Lager sei obwohl es auf Lager war wo ich bestellt habe und sie es deshalb nicht losgeschickt haben. Geld konnten sie aber am ersten Tag abbucht.

Placed my order 23 days ago and I still do not have it. Customer service responds to emails with generic cookie cutter responses, when they finally do respond, often taking days to do so. Item says delivered and I never received the item. STAY AWAY.

I purchased an item with an indication that it would deliver well before a certain date and a month later (well after the date) it still hasn’t shipped. Customer support isn’t helpful and shipping is slow. Extremely frustrating customer experience.

Ordered a few cloths and a hat- unfortunately the fit wasn’t great so I send the items from Germany back to China! Paid 25,49€ of my own money - first they told me they didn’t received anything- which was a lie because I had a tracking number which says otherwise. Opened a case on PayPal, because after weeks and weeks they did not pay me back anything. After that they want me to close the case - sorry I lost every bit of trust. I might take legal actions and will get the Chinese Authorities involved

It is going to take more than a month to get to you, incredibly slow shipping all coming from China. Obviously none of this was communicated beforehand. Avoid if you can't or don't want to wait for a month.
