Good quality and fast shipping, depending on demand

Unfortunately, I’m disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service. After receiving the T-shirt, there was no visible issue. However, after only a relatively short period of normal use (three washes), a hole developed in the armpit area. I contacted ANIQI customer support and provided photos of the damage and my order number. Unfortunately, they refused to offer a replacement or refund because the issue was reported more than 5 days after delivery and the item had already been worn. I understand that companies need return policies, but in this case the issue was not a visible defect upon delivery. It only became apparent after the shirt had been worn normally. I therefore find it disappointing that there is apparently no solution for a product that develops a hole after such a short period of use. The support team was polite and responsive, but ultimately they simply referred to the 5-day reporting period and declined to help further. Based on my experience, I will not purchase from ANIQI again. I would recommend keeping in mind their very short reporting period if you decide to order.

After a terrible experience with venlu, I decided to try ordering from this company and to my surprise, the clothing turned up only 1-2 weeks after I ordered. I contacted the team to try and make a suggestion for a new shirt and I actually got a response which I was really pleased about. The designs are great and the shirt fits as stated in the description. I ordered through the Shop App since it is more reliable but you can try ordering through their website. Would recommend

Excellent experience with this company: order easy to place, the shipping was fast and the quality of the t-shirt is very good. I'll be placing further orders.

Shipping to newzealand queenstown took about 8 days. The quality was heavy, great stiching and the quality of print and the back design stiching was good and all true to the videos, true to size and would buy again, worth the 110nzd. One of the only anime brands ide trust if you want proper high quality.
