I tried to fly three times, twice they canceled and one time 5hr delay into the night (you want that, with toddler on your neck). Right now they canceled 12 hours before departure. I have group of 6 with me, with whole weekend planned and paid. Thank you. Edit: they just filed for bankruptcy.

Avoid them at all costs!!! They just canceled my flight and left me with no suport.

Malheureusement, on nepeut pas accorder 0 étoiles sinon ça aurait été fait; sur un vol À/R Paris Bucarest, le premier a été épique avec un retard de plus de 2 heures car la compagnie n’avait pas conclu de contrat pour s’approvisionner en kérosène. Le retour encore mieux : vol annulé sans information préalable, guichet fermé à l’aéroport et impossibilité de contacter la compagnie ( téléphone, chat…) À fuir absolument !

Am plătit biletele dus-întors (4 octombrie - 18 octombrie) în ianuarie 2026, banii noștri au stat în contul Animawings de atunci, dar în 9 septembrie au anulat zborul de întoarcere. A fost anulat în așa fel încât să nu putem primi compensații, deși planurile noastre au fost complet date peste cap. Toate zborurile România-Grecia după 4 octombrie au fost anulate, probabil nici n-aveau intenția să le opereze. Am sunat la Call Center, unde mi s-a spus că voi primi banii înapoi în 14 zile după ce le trimit contul. Am transmis datele contului prin email în 10 septembrie, abia în 21 septembrie mi-au confirmat primirea și au spus că va dura 14 zile lucrătoare de la înregistrare până se va face plata. Am completat și formularul de Sesizari de pe pagina lor. Acolo scrie că termenul de răspuns e de 30 de zile, nu primești niciun număr de înregistrare. Nici pe e-mail nu mai răspund. În câteva zile trebuie să plecăm, nu am idee când vom primi banii înapoi. Vom face tot posibilul să evităm această companie aeriană pe viitor.

I find it unacceptable that passengers were allowed to travel to the airport, go through passport control, and only then be directed out of the airport without receiving any prior notification or a clear explanation about a cancellation.Passengers have important plans and commitments. Some people may be on vacation and if they miss a flight they may lose vacation days or weddings, funerals, medical appointments, dental appointments, or other important personal and family events that cannot simply be postponed.By failing to inform passengers in advance, you have caused unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and disruption to people's lives.We deserve to be informed as soon as possible about any cancellation, so that we can make alternative arrangements and avoid wasting our time and money travelling to the airport. I strongly believe that passengers deserve better communication, respect, and customer service.

My flight was canceld with 1 week before vacantion.I

We flew from LGW to OTP on Friday 18th September with Animawings and returned on Monday 21st September. The aircraft was a new Airbus A220 which was very clean, the seats are noticeably more spacious than Ryanair or easyJet (the seats are wider and have more legroom). They also have a more generous hand luggage allowance and don't seem to have a bag size checking device. They seem to be a lot more reasonable with this. The flights were cheaper than any other carriers around the same time and each flight included a free meal and a drink. Our return flight was delayed about 30 minutes but we only arrived in LGW about 15 minutes late. Excellent service all round, you can select basic seats for free or pay extra for exit rows or to sit at the front. The A220 has a unique layout where you can book seats in a 2 on one side or a 3 on the other which is ideal to not be squished next to random people unnecessarily. The seats also have usb chargers and stands for your phone / tablets etc and recline.
