Never order from them again if you live in europe , i have an order that took two weeks to get delivered ( website said 3 to 4 days ) by the time it reached i already have left the address and now i have been waiting for a month for a refund and they are not replying nor processing my refund …. Worst customer service and basically a scam to order from them

My order came in a timely fashion. However, even though the safety plastic was around the cap and the inner seal seemed to be intact, there was slight leakage of the product. Whoever packed it for shipping must have noticed this and placed it in a ziplock bag.

All our smelling salts are manufactured and packaged in the Ziploc bag you referred to to prolong shelf life, keep the scent fresh, and contain the scent, as these are very potent products. Your company is a rip off scammed,when I received your product there was a price tag on the bottle for 89.00,but you charge me twice that, i will post this on all social media.
