Animaker Inc.Reviews of animaker.com

Fast friendly response, able to support my needs.

This site/app is amazing. Great quality of video.

Reached out to customer service about the Gen AI video feature and got a quick, helpful response. It's only available on the premium plan, but they offered a 7-day free trial to test it out. Good support experience so far. Will update after I try the feature.

Customer service and solutions

Perfect very convenient

Excellent customer support! I had an issue where Japanese text appeared as broken characters in my exported video. The support team (special thanks to Bala and Rufus!) responded very quickly and kept me updated at every step. They escalated the issue to their team and fixed it perfectly. The Japanese text now displays correctly. What impressed me most was their politeness, quick response time, and the clear progress updates throughout the process. It's rare to find such thoughtful and reliable support. I'm very satisfied and will continue using Animaker for my video projects. Highly recommended!
