Animaker Inc.Reviews of animaker.com

They were very quick to respond and answer my question. Problem was resolved.

Great service provided by Abhishek. My issue was resolved very quickly and I appreciate the hardwork Abhishek put in it. He was continuously available on the chat, even though I was dropping in and out of it. I would like to give him 5 out of 5 stars for the service. Great job! :)

Quick and knowledge to responding to my troubleshooting question.

I recently encountered a problem publishing and downloading one of my videos. I explained my problem in the chat and was answered in a matter of minutes. The problem was resolved very quickly without having to go to technical support, and all my exchanges with the people at Animaker were friendly, courteous and professional, as they always are. I am very satisfied with the service they provide. The only issue I have concerns copyright claims on YouTube for the music I use in my videos. The subscription I pay gives me the right to use the music, yet every time I get a copyright claim against me and have to ask Animaker to fix it. They do it immediately every time, so no problem there, but it would be nice if the licence were added to the video automatically.

Abishek was very knowledgeable, helpful and extremely polite. Many thanks for the help.

Great tool with many cool features. Easy to use and the support is extremely friendly and efficient. Haven't found a cooler online tool for my wedding project. Great work! I am delighted.

Animaker is one of the best software for animation. The characters, Effects, Tools everything is awesome and very easy to use. Saves lot of time Even the Support team is very helpful. They respond to your queries in Very Short Time.

Animaker is not just an amazing platform for the graphic designers but the team behind it also is simply great. The care with which the team provides the support is certainly a level above. I wish and hope to continue use Animaker for a foreseeable future and would surely recommend others also go through the experience themselves.
