This is honestly been one of the worst companies to deal with. We were looking into utilizing the software as an alternative to some current software for marketing and video creation. The video creations that are coming from this software are very similar to ones that are a fraction of the price And often times the generated images would contain errors like creating a third hand in AI images and would also pull images that included water marks from third parties which we did not want to appear in marketing material. We attempted to reach out to the company and provided evidence of the issues in the software and we were brushed off and told that it's no big deal that the software is working fine and that they also aren't willing to issue refunds even though we could clearly show there was issues with it. I would not recommend working with this company and would recommend looking into options like Canva or even render forest that for a fraction of the price work much better.

I had high hopes for Animaker, but it’s been a frustrating experience. The app is always lagging, making it nearly impossible to complete a project smoothly. Every few minutes, it freezes or crashes, forcing me to refresh the page and start over. Not only does this waste a lot of time, but it also disrupts the creative process. Features that should be simple and efficient feel clunky because of these constant interruptions. If Animaker can’t fix these technical issues, I can’t recommend it to anyone.

Sneaky charges! I feel scammed! I am very disappointed with my experience with Animaker. In the past, I had downloaded the program and used it once. Apparently I unknowingly opted for a subscription. Five days before the renewal of this subscription I didn’t realize I had, I received an email stating that 300 euros would be charged; however, this email went to my spam folder, so I didn’t see it. Despite never actively using their program, my subscription was unexpectedly renewed, and 300 euros were charged. When I reached out on the day of the charge and explained that I was in the hospital with my father, who had just suffered a stroke, and therefore hadn’t checked my spam folder, the company showed absolutely no flexibility or goodwill. Their refusal to show understanding or offer any accommodation in this exceptional situation has left me with a very negative impression. I feel scammed!

I requested a free trial to see if this service would meet my needs before committing to a subscription. In response, they offered me a 4-day trial—but only if I left a review on three different sites before gaining access. Since I hadn't even used the product yet, they were essentially asking for a fake review. This approach left me questioning their priorities and credibility.

I only asked how to use the discount coupon and live chat did not give an answer for 12 hours.

Cancelled our account via the chat 6 weeks ahead of renewal, as kept having an error that came up everytime I clicked 'cancel subscription'. And was still billed, even though was showing cancelled on the account.

The product experience: I didn't use animaker more than a week, due to the weakness of their product, they don't have audio cleaning tool, no enough media elements to use while editing, no way to edit subtitles while video editing, only uploading file or other ready choices, The video editing tool is really bad and slow that it doesn't get the work done quickly and efficiently. Support: they charged me with the full package's amount, although I requested to cancel my account early and before the first 2 weeks end, but still didn't get any full refund. The communication with the support team wasn't effective and efficient at all, I am really shocked of how bad the experience was and I recommend anyone to think twice before purchasing their product.

THIS SOFTWARE IS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!!! While there are some fantastic assets included in their library the editor is completely useless and frustrating to use, rendering the assets useless as well. Why they have so many positive reviews here is beyond me. Look up any review or comparison on YouTube and you will most likely find Animaker at the bottom of the scorecard. They have no right to charge people what they do for this platform and the NO REFUNDS policy ties you to this, costing you more time and headache by being locked into a contract. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
