Animaker Inc.Reviews of animaker.com

Very easy to use and good results in a short time. However, there are still some errors in the software that need to be fixed. Ashik from Animaker has always been quick to help me with my problems.

Rendering the video takes a long time. In the past week, I experienced a really long rendering time that I did not experience when I was creating my previous animations few months ago. Hopefully, it is just a temporary issue. On the other hand, the customer support was very helpful both with the rendering issue and also restoring accidentally deleted project.

I was frustrated with the amount of time my video publishing was taking before it became available for me to use. Usually around the 4 hour mark I would lose patience. (Yes, 4 hours). It was if the process would just hang, and no one seemed to notice, and try as I might to contact customer service through the chat, they were slow to respond. But today Ashik made things happen much more quickly! And kept me informed throughout. Otherwise I like Animaker, it makes creating animations very possible, once I got through the learning curve (which wasn't very steep). There are one or two things in the design of the tools in Animaker I would like to see changed, but that's for another day.

I like the fact that it looks realistic with the characters. It’s also easy to use in the app as well as the actual website.

Animaker is a creative program and we've used it to create educational videos. Ashik has helped us during some minor inconveniences (with the downloads).

Easy tool for video animation. Very intuitive and good results. The only contra is that the tenderization (preview of the work you are doing) doesn't work very well...it stoppes and it is very difficult to check what you are doing.

The preview wasn't working, so I wasn't able to preview my video which required me to download it, and I ran out of downloads before I was able to finish editing the video.

I can make a video in just one click. But at a moment I'm facing a probelm. it is almost a great platform to animate a video.
