Great and fast answers for my questions from Mr Ashik.

I had an amazing experience with Animaker's support team. Although they don't have a standard refund policy, I hadn't used my account for over 3 months, and after reaching out to explain my situation, the team was very understanding and made an exception to process a refund for me. Their support was prompt, professional, and empathetic, and they genuinely went the extra mile to help me. It's not often you come across a company willing to make such exceptions, and I truly appreciate their understanding. I’m really grateful for their flexibility and support. It's clear they value their customers, and I will definitely consider using Animaker again in the future. Highly recommend their service and customer care!

Animaker was very simple to use and very enjoyable especially that I am a Biomedical Science Student with no previous graphics /design experiences. This was easy and brilliant to use . The help team from Animaker were so helpful and considerate when aiding me .
