Tech support is horrifying. I reached out 3 days ago for a 5 min video to be downloaded. They are still rendering. They don't even give a definite tat, kept on saying shortly, soon; but haven't bothered. So hey good luck meeting deadlines with these folks. They conned me in downloading the same video twice coz the preview n final outcome didn't match. Now I am out of download option for the month. Thank got it all happened before recharging.

I have subscribed for the service searching for an easy tool to makes some fun videos for my family. I was working on my first one, the software would crash constantly would be so slow and impossible to work with, I have spent so much time on few scenes. To see what you have done its impossible straight away as video would crash or be so so slow, so I would try to download it and then edit. But guess what you reach 6 downloads and need to pay 15$. So yeah as I promised a funny video for mothers day I have to do it and I guess to pay as I have spent like 20 hours on it. But come on, I am canceling afterwords it's just not worth it

I’ve subscribed for a year and paid , two months later my card was charged double the amount paid although I’ve was reassured by them it is an annual fee . When I’ve sent an email to customer service , the email made no sense and had nothing to do with my query . I’ll have to challenge the charge with my credit card .

I have purchased a personal, 12 month plan from Animaker. Made an upfront payment. Features are fine, if somewhat limited but workarounds can be found. The website also crashes often and can be quite slow. However, I have been charged 7 times (10 euro something) on one day. I have no idea what it was for, since I have not exceeded the allowance of 20 exports per month nor have I downloaded videos with a watermark, which are charged. Each video had the watermark therefore was free. I have not received any invoices regarding these payments nor have I accepted or authorized any payments. I have reached out to support numerous times, with delays and seemingly not understanding the issues at all. I am ignored constantly, the support person offered to up my download limits? Which makes zero sense, the company has not even explained how I was charged and for what.Also they do not provide a telephone number since apparently'it takes too long to set up a call'. Everything is fine until they charge you for no reason or you run into difficulty. I would no purchase again.IT IS A SCAM! I will make sure a formal complaint is made since this company is conning customers all around them.

I’m desperately trying to get a refund for my "renewal"! But there’s No answer from Animaker! I do NOT wish to use Animaker anymore - the software is way too slow! I certainly haven’t asked for a “renewal" I haven’t got any receipt of any kind - no account number - nothing... The money has just been drawn from my Visa card!!! I hereby kindly request Animaker for my money back!

The software itself is useful, but customer care is poor. If you intend to subscribe only for a short period, make sure you cancel next month's subscription ON THE DOT. Because once you effect a cancellation, you're immediately downgraded to the FREE PLAN, with restricted access to paid features, even though you've paid up for the month. That's what happened to me, and I have yet to receive a refund, so it looks like I got charged for a full month which I didn't even have access to.

We cancelled and 2 years later, they try to bill us $$$$$ because the video is still floating around the internet (unused). Borderline extortion.

We purchased this by accident and tried to request a refund. The company just ignores you and wont give a refund even though we asked less than 24 hours after purchase.
