As per our records, your website is entirely designed and developed as per your brief and our initial discussion. As far as the subject of location is concerned, we have mentioned on Trustpilot and other listing sites that although we are A US-based firm, we have several locations all over the world, including Pakistan. We have always been entirely open about our offices' locations and our team's operations. We are open to discussing the possibilities of getting this project done. We really apologize for the inconvenience caused and would like to help you in the best way possible. We have looked into your conversation with our account manager and it seems like you’ve delayed in providing the source files required to proceed with the animation. After a month of follow-ups, our team received the source files from your end along with a request to complete the project within 2 days which is neither feasible nor possible as the animation team designated for your project was assigned to another high-priority project while you weren’t responding for about a month and any small-scale urgent animation project requires at least one week for completion.
