AnibiuReviews of anibiu.com

It's a complete scam. They sent a blatantly cheaper item than what was shown in their photos (with HUGE discrepancies, im not just picky). After, I confronted them with photos and they ignored my emails. But not after refusing to give me a refund for the item + shipping on the scam product.

Full scam... Didn't receive my item. They also are not refunding my money or replying to any of my e-mails.

i ordered something and they are refusing to refund me despite what is being said on their website that i should be able to get a full refund

Really great website. I am very happy with the quality! Super nice employees, they are very happy to support their supporters with, for example, discount codes and small gifts that are really real. Thanks for your support! The only negative is that you have to wait a long time for your orders, but that's totally okay, we're always talking about larger distances and a not so large group such as e.g. B.Amazon. I am very happy with the customer service you offer! Thank you.💕✨

I love the anibiu store so much, ive purchased a few items from them and they have the friendliest customer support and ship their items within a reasonable timeframe, highly highly suggest them!!

This website is super good! I go to them for all my kawaii and Lolita needs <3

Overall very lovely people and very efficient. My experience with their customer service has been fantastic. I get compliments all the time on my Krul Tepes cosplay I bought from their store. Genuinely recommend them to so many of my friends and mutuals. I will recommend checking size charts before ordering in case some items run small 💜

I love this store. Everything is so cute and the prices are fair! I highly recommend!
