They stood behind their product! Made things right!
I had some parts included in my pulley kit, specifically the carabiners/clips, that were in poor condition for whatever reason. I wrote in at the appropriate place which wasn't hard to find on their website. They, after seeing my pictures and going over copies related to my order then said they will send me an entirely new pulley system! I was happy about this generous solution to my complaint. This was all handled very quickly and smoothly and all through email. I was very happy with my interaction with the contact person, Sarah, others involved and the quick resolution. I specifically decided to order from Angles90 because it was a known brand I had heard good things about and seen in many reviews not some white label no name unknown branded internet source that may come and go and possibly not make things right if or when there is a problem that also is just copying other's products and undercutting them. The latter more applying to the Angles 90 grips that some have obviously just copied.
