Extremely disappointing experience with…

Extremely disappointing experience with both the product fulfilment and, more importantly, customer service. I ordered the A90 Athlete Set and A90 Ankle Straps, only to receive a single ankle strap when they are supposed to come as a pair. To make matters worse, the packaging was sticky-taped together and appeared old and poorly presented. This is hardly what I would expect from a brand positioning itself as premium. I contacted customer service, who told me they would send the missing strap. They didn’t. Instead, they simply refunded the cost and later claimed the item was out of stock with no plans to restock. What makes this particularly frustrating is that the straps are still listed as available on their website a week later. At this point, I feel misled by the response I received from customer service. I purchased these products specifically to use together, and because Angles 90 failed to provide what I actually ordered, I can’t use them as intended. The entire experience has been frustrating, inconvenient and a complete waste of my time. For a company marketing itself as premium, the level of customer service and fulfilment I experienced was completely unacceptable.

Hi Andrew, We’re very sorry for the frustration and disappointment caused. You were right to expect a pair of A90 Ankle Straps, and receiving only one should not have happened. Unfortunately, we were unable to fulfill the missing item, which is why we issued a refund. We understand this wasn’t the resolution you had hoped for, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and confusion caused. Thank you for your feedback — we’ve taken it on board and will use it to improve our service.
