Dr. Caro Siegel is really trying to get to know me, so that she can direct her therapy.

Dr Siegel is very good, she helped me with this phase of my life. But I am unhappy with the fact that the sessions are never more than 35 minutes, and they charged me even when I cancelled an appointment. Their services are expensive and not covered on my insurance, I lost trust after being told there’s nothing can be done for a cancelled appointment. I’m not seeing her any longer.

I've gone through the Anger Mgmt program and individual therapy with Dr. Siegel for a handful of years and they have changed my life!

Dr. Siegel and Mona have helped me more than any and all other therapy that I have tired over the years! These ladies are amazing!! And this is the first time I have experienced being in therapy throughout the week and not just on the day of our calls! And being in a group has helped me see and learn more about MYSELF through others! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE ANGER DETOX PROGRAM!
