Not able to get the funds. Not sure of the process. Why can't it be put on my debit card and I will send it to my sister.

Thank you for your feedback, Susie — we truly understand how frustrating this experience must have been, and we’re sorry for the confusion and inconvenience. Our Customer Support team has been in touch with you since March 6th to help guide you through the process and ensure you receive your funds. To clarify, our third-party payment processor is not able to send funds directly to a debit card. For security reasons, they require a traditional checking or savings account for payouts. Additionally, as per their policy, there's a 72-day window from the time the first donation is received to connect a bank account. Our team contacted you several times and sent you several reminders to connect your bank account and ensure you don't lose your donations. Unfortunately, that deadline passed, and the system automatically refunded the donations to your generous supporters. We’re genuinely sorry things didn’t turn out as you had hoped.
