Order placed on November 21, 2023 and still have not received my order as of today, December 8th

I never received my order. I've emailed several times and zero response. 😡😡😡

I am so disappointed and frustrated. I ordered products for €83 and I never received my order. Anese ignores my emails...I feel they have stolen my money...:(((

Terrible customer service, basic products, NOT worth the hype. The scrub is so expensive for a small container. You can make this at home. Such a basic product, feels scammy. Won't take returns.

Two weeks since I ordered and they assigned a ‘tracking number’ that never gets picked up. No customer service response so I will have to dispute the charge with my credit card. Not sure what’s going on with this company.

The website claims “same or next day shipping”, but it’s been 13 days and I haven’t heard a thing about my order since the day my card was charged. I contacted customer service because I’m leaving town soon, and after one week, I still have not heard back after reaching out twice. Nonexistent customer service, false website claims…I’m definitely not optimistic about the product at this point. I’m glad I ordered a one-time shipment rather than signing up for a subscription!

I ordered a duo package of the scrub and lotion and it has been 11 days since I made the purchase and I have heard nothing about it. I tried to contact the email as well but they never respond. I paid $60 for this and it is so disappointing that my money will probably go to waste.

I made a mistake in ordering 2 and I’ve emailed multiple times to fix the order before it shipped & NOBODY responded. It’s been a couple weeks and I still haven’t received a response. The customer service of this company is a joke. I’ll find another product to buy because I’m tired of this.
