AneseReviews of anese.co

I placed an order and never received the items or a refund. They blocked my email address after I followed up asking why they were lying about sending my order and why they wouldn't issue a refund. They tell everyone they have fulfillment issues due to weather but still take your money and never deliver.

Placed an order April 7th, credit card was charged April 8. At that time, website listed 3-5 business days processing time (it still does) before order ships. I received an order confirmation on April 7th, then literally nothing. No communication whatsoever. I had to reach out to them, which I did today, April 24th—SIXTEEN DAYS after they charged my card—, and spend an hour of my time dealing with this. There was no apology (until I called that out). Literally nothing has happened with my order so far, it hasn’t even been processed. The person I chatted to also claimed their processing time is 7-14 business days—again, the website said 3-5 business days at the time I ordered and it says the same today. I love their products, but will never order from them again. They are absolutely violating the FTC’s Merchandise Rule, if not Visa Rule 7.6 1.2 as well. Who knows if I’ll ever get my order.

I’ve been ordering from Anese for years without troubles, however recently I went to use my points towards my purchase and they were completely erased. Reached out to customer service several times and nobody responded so I decided to proceed with my order without using my reward points. I ordered April 10th and my order is still processing. I reached out again for a status update and no response. So disappointing as I’m a big fan of their products, but seems things have gone downhill and now nothing more than a scam and waste of time

If I could leave a review without stars, I would. This company took our money and never sent us our products. When we tried contacting this company, they would never respond and or ignore/delete my comments on their social media. The fact this company is still open and allowed to take people's money without sending products is mind boggling.

Ordered my product on 2/21 and never received a shipping notification. They also don’t respond to emails and already charged me and it’s about to be 2 months without my product I ordered.

I have ordered from them a few years ago with no issues but it’s clear their business practices have gone downhill. I placed an order in January and still have yet to receive. They have not responded to my emails or social media messages and I now appear to be blocked. They have disabled account access on their website and are deleting negative comments on posts. I spent over $100 with nothing to show for it, this is theft, plain and simple.

All these negative reviews are so accurate! I placed my order 3 weeks ago, have sent numerous emails and all I get is that they’ve been impacted by weather, having fulfillment delays etc. this site is a complete scam! I ordered based on reviews I had seen on their products but I see I’m not the only one. I will be filing a dispute with my bank. Save yourself time and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

5/30/24 I am updating my review. I am now sure this company is either knowingly scamming their customers or should be closed because whoever is in charge should not be. The first time I ordered from Anese nothing was out of the ordinary and I received my package as expected. I placed a second order and it took months of emails, Instagram messages and commenting on their Instagram posts for the person I spoke of in my initial review to contact me and get my order processed. In all the time that had passed all my orders had been deleted and showed I had never ordered anything, deleting a $10 coupon I had for earning points. Meg said she would give me a discount code for doing this review but never gave that to me either. When I spoke with her I had confidence that this was just some trouble they were having and it would not happen again. I placed another small order on 4/18/24 that has now also been deleted and no one will answer me to let me know what's going on. I am very understanding and patient but I've had enough. No one has ever even offered a discount to anyone I've heard of for all the inconvenience they have caused people not to mention THE MONEY! It's very expensive skin care that I do believe is a good product but they've got to re work their business practices big time or close the business. Stop stealing peoples money!!! I had some trouble with an order and had started losing hope but Meg turned it right around and got me back on track. I have a tracking number now and will continue to be a customer of anese. Their products are quality and have worked well to clear my body acne. Thank you Meg, you made my day!
