Andes STRReviews of andstr.com

Really good experience, excellent value. The property was in good shape and customer support was good and attentive, albeit a bit slow. I would come again!

I’m very happy with Andes STR managing my property — they’re excellent at pricing, communication, and maximizing revenue.

AndesSTR has been an amazing partner from day one. They helped me find the right apartment and have managed it as a short-term rental ever since. I moved abroad two years ago, and honestly, I haven’t had to worry about a thing. Their team handles everything—guest communication, cleanings, maintenance, and pricing. They also list the property across multiple booking platforms (not just Airbnb), which has helped maximize visibility and keep occupancy high. What I appreciate most is how easy they’ve made it to rent out my place while living overseas. I’ve been able to earn solid income without the usual stress of managing a property remotely. Highly recommend them if you're looking for a trustworthy and proactive management team.

The house was gorgeous and very spacious and clean. My family and myself had a wonderful time. They were quick to resolve any issue we had. Will definitely book with them again!

The house we stayed in is the best and most fun place to stay in Orlando. The experience is worthy of Disney parks. Each child can choose the room with the theme they like the most. From the princess room to the Star Wars room, the children loved it. The adults had comfort and luxury in the decor of the other rooms. Space and things to do, such as game rooms and an incredible pool made our trip even more wonderful. Now it is our address in Orlando for the holidays, thank you very much.

Great property in the Orlando area. Unlike some of the other reviews, this place was clean, well maintained and had no issues with the property or amenities at all. The team at Andes STR helped with all questions prior to arrival and the property was perfect for large family and friends. Clean rooms, pool and tremendous location. Great experience with quick responses from the team.

Amazing experience with Andes STR. Completely hands off experience and they really do treat your property like it is their own. Wouldn't recommend any other property manager.

Really happy with my experience with Andes STR and gladly recommend. Communication is always without delay, I am kept informed of any changes and always ready to address any issue.
