Avoid This Company
Avoid This Company I paid this company over $22,000 since July 2025 and I’m still dealing with the exact same problem I paid them to fix. They started with a major job — suspending my attic air handler and replacing all the ductwork — and promised it would permanently resolve a condensate drainage issue. A few months later, my outdoor unit failed and I paid another $4,000 to replace it. Despite all that money, my AC still shuts off regularly because the condensate drain keeps backing up. They’ve come out multiple times to “flush the drain,” but the problem never goes away. Now they’re telling me I need a full system replacement for another $13,000–$16,000. I’m a disabled veteran and single mother on a fixed income. I trusted this company to fix the problem the first time, not to keep selling me increasingly expensive “solutions” that don’t work. I’m currently getting a second opinion before spending another dime with them, and I’d urge anyone else to do the same before hiring this company. Total spent so far: $22,000+. Problem: still not fixed.
