Worst company ever. Dresses I ordered were never shipped after a month and after multiple emails from me. I just received multiple AI-written form letters making excuses and refusing to refund for merch they never even attempted to ship. Finally had to go through my credit card company. Note that the website is attractive and the emails are well written, but it is all just AI, and you are only interacting with China. It's all totally misleading.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. The clothing was cheap quality and nothing like what was advertised. When you try to return your purchase, you’re expected to pay a $50 return fee or accept a measly 15% refund to keep the item. Absolutely ridiculous customer service and a terrible return policy. Save your money and shop elsewhere. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. Would give zero stars because basically, this place is just stealing people’s money. Someday, somebody will catch up to their sorry asses and they will pay the price for the shit they’ve done. My wife ordered a dress…..they sent one that was 2 sizes too big. She contacted them, jumped through all their stupid ass hoops, and got the same damn dress in the same damn size. Screw this place.

This company is a scam. They use AI generated photos to make you think you’re buying a classy, high-quality item, and then they send you the lowest quality SHEIN-like slop you’ve ever seen. Save your $100, shop elsewhere.

Don't ever buy a dress from this company. The dresses all come from China and for a $99 dress I had a choice of either getting 15% back or paying 50% plus to return the dress to China--not worth it. Not only was the dress poor quality, but it was just plain ugly, did not fit anything like it looked on the website. It was also far too large. In addition, they required me to take a picture of the dress laid out flat before they would agree to even share the return policy. Terrible experience, lost money, will never order from them again.

I would give them negative 5. They sent me the wrong size and are now charging me $50 to return it. Just a scam. Do not buy anything from here.
