DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!! I got scammed out of my refund when I went to return my items (cheap quality) and realized I would have to send them back to China. No where on the website did they say they were located internationally, in fact they specified they only shipped within the United States. I had to pay over $70 to send the items back (with tracking) and it has been 6 weeks now and per the tracking number it was never delivered. I believe that packages stop getting tracked once it gets to Chinese customs and when the manufacturer receives it, they keep the items, never notify you and therefore will refuse to refund you saying “it’s still in customs”. HUGE SCAM

Here's a wild thought. How about you take all the money you put into slick, high-end marketing and redirect it into quality control? Maybe then you'd earn more than one and two star reviews. And tbh, the only reason I'm giving this two stars instead of one is because I blame myself for not checking the reviews before ordering. I can live with the fact that my order took over three weeks to arrive, but valid tracking information and the occasional update would have been helpful. I should not have to contact customer support to find out if my order had even left the station. When the dress finally arrived, it was not at all as pictured (Shocker!) I specifically wanted a mid-calf length dress and what I received hit well above my knee with almost no hem. And because I failed to do my homework, I'm going to have to lay out $60+ just to ship it back to China with no guarantee I'll even be refunded. I will never allow myself to order from this bogus operation again.

I never write negative reviews. But my experience with Andreas Oriano is one of the worst I've had buying clothes. I ordered multiple sizes of a dress. When I requested to return the ones that did not fit, the company requested I send a photo of myself wearing them for fit info. When I refused, the request changed to just pictures of the dresses. Then the company wants to charge 40-50 dollars for a return on a dress that was 150 to begin with. I feel terrible writing a negative review as everyone needs to make a living, but this return process was gross and expensive.

Sent a large instead of XS, told me I couldn’t get a refund or replacement without paying $50 shipping fees. You can only talk to an AI bot, and the product that actually came is clearly just Chinese made shit you get on SHEIN or Temu with no actual branded tag. Never order from here

Good communication after ordering. I got the confirmation, dispatch update and tracking without having to chase anything.

This company is a complete scam. I cancelled my order 20 minutes after I placed it through their support email. They didn't respond until 14 hours later and still let it ship 4 hours after that. The dress was the wrong item, looked nothing like the online photos, is unbelievably horrible quality and they forced me to either pay for return shipping ($40-50) to get a "full refund" or accept the lowball offer of a 25% partial discount. I argued with them for two weeks and that's all they claim they can do. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SLIMEY AND CORRUPT.

Don’t don’t buy anything from this web side. They are such a layer, no quality, so expensive. I get a drees that it looks so pretty on the picture and the coat was 85 dollars plus taxes and when the drees arrived, the fabric was so shipped and so ugly
