I had a one and will be only one purchase! I am not a competitor of this company, actual customer. A for soft fabric and practical design. F for fitting advice and size chart. Ordered small tops and bottoms from the fitter advise and chart. The small was huge. I swim laps. The fit was obscene! Instead of advising other tops to try, fitter informed me that the small should fit. Fitter you should swim in your company swimwear! Tell me how the tops fit. If you swim, I will not be this angry. F for return and exchange. One item can't be return or exchange. There are shipping fee and charge for returns! Not sure if it was $5 for each item return so decided to exchange for smaller size. Saw tax charged again in the exchange email confirmation!! F for customer service. They don't want you to make any returns. Overall F. This company is not company to buy swimwear if you want to swim. Too many fees for return and exchange. Customer service is not helpful in fitting or helping unhappy customer. This is a used car lot company with ill trained employees. I buy online enough to tell you that this is the only company that made me angry. Terrible experience. Unless you have money to throw away better buy from other swimwear companies.

Customer service has been quick, helpful and great! However, I ordered one swimsuit which started to unravel at the stitching on the back strap within 1 wear. Then got an exchange for a different style, quick service and very helpful! The second suit I received then had similar issues. The stitching knew the bust was coming loose, there were threads dropping in the torso. Then I got a refund for that one. Customer service cannot be flawed. I bought a suit a few years ago and it lasted 3years no problems! Wondering what has changed in their production.

The most beautiful staff, customer service is next to none, my level of satisfaction with this company has been one of the highest of standards I have ever experienced in my entire life. Mannerism,communication and the most helpful staff I have ever dealt with! You have a customer for life 🤍🤍

Giving 3 starts only as I actually did find one of their swimsuit a great style and fit but after what hassle! Originally I ordered one piece in one style and the liner was showing up through the front layer of the fabric so I had this ugly line just under my bust. I chatted with a few people and was negatively amazed how unhelpful the both were. I ended up returning it as I was going overseas and then 3 months later ordered multiple sizes and styles (which by the way differ SO MUCH - Amalfi small vs small long torso are different widths) and found one that fitted me very well, but you can tell it really depends on the particular piece you receive, the first one I got was obviously defective. An then I returned the rest of the things. I wanted to exchange one piece of bottoms to another colour but was unable on the website so processed return, sent it back and sent an email to ask for an exchange and they said they cannot change it... Honestly such a shame, because the idea is great but customer service is horrible and their swimwear is not made consistently.

The exchange process was easy and quick.

I had an issue with my order and got one response about getting it corrected and it's been weeks after several emails to Andie asking about next steps and how to get a suit replacement, and I have not received any additional response. It's been disappointing.

I love the bathing suit. I bought 2 not knowing what size i would be. I was then in an accident and had to undergo 2 surgeries and could not try anything on. When i was able to I decided on one size (L). I asked for a one time exception to get a store credit for the Medium, they just said no. Their business model that returns have to be done in a timely manner but their inability to understand and make an exception stinks. I was happy to spend my money there and wasn't asking for a refund, just simply a chance to exchange for something that fit. I'll shop elsewhere.

Great Suit! I’m going to order a second one.
