Communication style could be improved
I think the internal communication within the Anderson Frank team could have been better. I got several calls where people didn't remember or look at notes from previous conversations. At times the communication to me about opportunities seemed rushed, as if there was an undue urgency to get applications in rather than taking the time to listen. It wasn't a bad experience and I'd work with Anderson Frank again, but those areas should be addressed for future candidates.

Stay away, trust me
Stay as humanly far away from Anderson Frank as possible. If you give them your information, they will bother you in perputity. It does not matter if you tell them not to contact you anymore (I have done so numerous times), they will call you about opportunities outside of your criteria until you take a job or give them your firstborn child. DO NOT REACH OUT TO THEM
