Due to some internal issues, it took a while for our team to be ready to contract with Anderson Frank. Our representative Claudia was patient and we felt no sales pressure to commit to anything we were not ready for. Once we were ready to move forward, Claudia was super helpful by putting forth quality candidates, sticking with us through the selection process, and following up regularly through the engagement. I'd highly recommend working with Anderson Frank based on our experience.

Tyler was on point. Followed up between me and the business unit and making sure everything went through. Its common to be forgotten and usually recruiters ghost you. I initially was working with 5 competitor recruiters, but Tyler was the only one who had his A-Game. I managed to find a position after only 3 interviews. 2/3 were offers in a span of 2-3 weeks.

Communication was quick and reliable. The recruiter I worked with (Tyler Q.) did an amazing job not only in keeping the whole process moving efficiently, but also in making sure that I was comfortable with the pace multiple times throughout the interview process.

What made it great is Claudia!!! I have worked with her for a couple of years now and feel that I always have someone I can trust in my corner. She knows me and can always find a great match for my skill set. The reason I went 4 stars instead of 5 was only mediocre experiences dealing with corporate personal, especially those based in the UK. I find they are not always upfront with changes on contracts and agreements with contractors. I also find the constant tightening of minimum hour restrictions to be a hindrance to provide on-going support and strengthen relationships with customers.

Everyone on the team was very helpful. Alyssa was in constant contact with me every step of the way. Made the process easy and efficient. Very professional and courteous.

Kelsey was the best. She worked with me every step of the way. I have a new position and I'm very happy. What more can I say.
