Initially thought webinar was only going to be 90 minutes (lol) but stuck it out- made my husband even sit through first half! I had already been shopping around for living trust but didn’t have a clue how to structure additional assets and rental properties into it but Cliff’s diagrams were brilliant. For the cost of just a living trust at an attorney’s office, I was able to get that, assets structuring, formation of corporation, structures for max tax benefits and personal property trust plus more!!! Free access to tools and mentoring, for future investments and now I feel super comfortable and safe starting a small rental income biz. Thank you!!
