I have to say I was impressed with their sales pitch after attending their workshop, so much so that I paid them $15,000 to sign up for their services. The funds were allocated to various services to establish my asset protection plan. Well after I gave them my money it's been non-stop issue after issue. My business was established in the wrong state, I was left to try and transfer my 401 funds into a ROBS with little help, several documents with errors after numerous attempts to get things corrected. Due to their lack of quality for services they offer I was forced to structure an LLC improperly. Completely opposite of what I pay them for. I have been using their services for a year and I have to say I've never once been wow'd by what they offer. I've started researching and found that there are other businesses that offer the same thing for a lot less money. They're quality service doesn't match what they charge. I will be moving my business elsewhere.

Astoundingly poor business practice. Incompetent. After spending nearly $25000 on classes, packaged, tax services, etc with Anderson Advisors, I began to get disillusioned when we were getting no updates from the book-keepers. When we finally asked enough, we were told we had a new book-keeper, and that they were really busy with new clients. The new book-keeper actually seemed pretty good, and communicated, however she uncovered MULTIPLE errors in both the books, taxes, etc. from multiple entities. After much work (that we had to pay a lot for) we thought we had most of this figured out, but still did not get taxes, books, etc., done, updates, or much of anything. We finally forwarded all the tax and book-keeping to a local person, and now we are finding multiple errors in federal and local taxes. The IRS told me today that Anderson filed a 2553 form incorrectly twice for one of our businesses, which the IRS rejected. The IRS also rejected an 1120S form, and likely rejected the 2018 taxes that were obviously filed incorrectly, since the other forms were not accepted by the IRS. We NEVER were notified of any of these issues. My wife's business has state tax errors that were never corrected, in spite of us notifying Anderson of those errors. Now the State is taxing us incorrectly based on the wrong information.

I am a titanium member paying $15,000 for a year however I have experienced it is very difficult to deal with support staffs who don't keep promise to help you to get work done in a timely manner. I have experienced I need to talk to more than four staffs to raise my concerns in order to get help, no good experience support staff service !!! Unfortunately, the CEO's secretary sent me email to terminate my service immediately !!!

You can never get a response to any phone calls or emails. You pay to be a platinum member and that doesn't make a difference. They want your money, but their service is horrible. We call multiple times, email multiple times with ZERO response. If I hadn't already paid them so much money I would definitely go elsewhere. I have spoke to many of their clients and they feel the same way.

These people are crooks, DO NOT trust anything they say. I paid them over $15,000 to take care of everything. They took care of nothing, screwed up everything they touched. After all that money, I got about 8 LLCs and a corporation I didn't want. Now 2 years later I just want a simple amendment to an LLC and they won't even return my call. Please do not do business with this company!!

Terrible + unethical company. If I could give zero stars I would. If you own and run a business and you care about the success and health of this business DO NOT under any circumstances use Anderson Advisors. They are absolutely terrible. They F#%*ed up my books so badly; they were constantly late with bookkeeping; they changed my bookkeeper every 2 to 3 months and every time the new person completely dropped the ball and did not take the time to learn the nuances of my business; and they completely failed to be accountable and responsible for all of the problems they created. My books were so poorly kept that I was routinely making decisions about my business based on erroneous and error filled books/financial numbers. They cost me an enormous amount of time and money. And their services got progressively worse as time went by. I tried to work with them to correct all of their issues, and when I did so ... get this .... they blamed me for all of their terrible mistakes and poor work product. They literally wrote to me in an email that it was my "fault". It's a wonder that AA didn't drive me into bankruptcy. I think their behavior in our professional relationship was terrible and unethical and most likely illegal. Like I said, find a company to manage/advise on your finances that is anyone but Anderson Advisors. Learn from my mistake.
