Its really not Gold.
Website is very easy to navigate and the transaction is quick and easy. Quality of the jewelry is questionable. The fact that it advertise themselves as a selling Gold jewelry, my gold jewelry rusted, thats just a few days after receiving it. Alil splash of water got to it and I didn't think anything of it. Emailed customer service and got back a quick response, which is fantastic. The problem is, besides the rust, is their return method. They use USPS ground only label and I can't even go to the post office and get a proper shipping container. I have to run around to look for a letter or a bag to put the items which are two stones. Which means, I have to spend to ship it to them. Three stars is the best I can give due to the customer service and their website. Everything else is highly disappointing. Having a better method to return items would have made this experience better. Above and beyond would be to ship container box and return label like many company does. I really hope they focus more on quality service for their customers, which im sure this review of mine is going to be dismissed.
