Wow there's a lot of negative reviews here but I just had a really nice experience with their support team... i wasn't able to get my money sent to my bank... it seems that where I live (new york) is not supported for bank transfers, which is a pity... I looked for a phone number but then when I emailed them I was surpised to see I was responded to in minutes with instructions on how to verify my Id etc... money was in my bank account that evening! I was impressed! thank you Anchor!

WHERE TF IS MY $5000??? Why don’t you have a phone number? Why don’t you have any way to get a hold of you? Why don’t you answer any emails? Where is my money? I have called Bangor Bank. I have emailed 15 times I have looked for a phone number for you. where is my money? Edit: this was before I received an email. I will edit again if I ever get my $$ Again, I know how ach works, specifically from this company and I should have my money by now. It is always the next morning and Bank of America has posted my money. It’s just you that has not.

Hello Candice! We were in constant and close communication with you via email the entire time -- often less than 15 minutes per response -- and had reminded you multiple times that ACH transfers can take up to 3 business days to process or fail. As it turns out, the routing number you provided was incorrect, so the funds were returned to you on the 3rd business day after you sent it.

Update: After days of emails and reaching out online in every way I could find, I was able to transfer my funds out. I updated to 3 stars because I did end up getting my money but I know many other reviews seem to have had issues in the past as well. I hope everyone else has the same experience I did and doesn't get scammed! Original Review: 1 Star - Does anyone know how to withdraw money? I’ve been trying for days with no responses. Scam! Getting a lawyer involved a good idea?
