And whoever answers the phone is a very rude young lady they need to do better. It seems like they’re scamming and scheming with peak properties to use people for their money because there’s no way you should be paying two utility bills with one with the Duke energy and one with them.

This is the worst crypto company in the business. The only way to get a hold of customer service is by EMAIL. It takes 2 to 3 days for them to respond. They also take one to two months just to clear your transaction if you wanted to trade a couple weeks or a month later, you cannot because it’s not being cleared. They have crypto to buy, and then when you want to sell it, you’re unable to because they no longer support that currency I had thousands of dollars in my Anchor portfolio but transferred everything to another portfolio because they are the worst crypto company and I would never trust them

I opened this account and it was giving high interest. Then when I wanted to move funds, I needed to revalidate which I did follow showing all forms of ID. Now I cannot even login. I am retired US Army. I am wondering those that say it works are affiliated with AnchorUSD. I just want my money back.

I had trouble getting my account approved because I haven't used it in a long time. Support was very helpful in helping get my account approve again.

I don't use my Anchor app as much as I should so I've locked out a few times. The support as always been very helpful in getting everything back on track and working properly. The only thing I'd like to see is a small reminder say ever 4 to 6 months of no activity to say "Hey have you checked your account lately"? I think that would be helpful to people like me when life gets in the way and things go out the window.
