I’m not sure.. this is the first time trying CBD full spectrum. I don’t notice and change in my mood, or my normal aches and pains.. maybe it’s not for me.

The products were excellent, as always. The holiday promotions provided excellent prices. I would have rated the experience 5 stars based on quality and price. However, my last order had a shipment problem. I placed my order on Nov 26. Anavii shipped the order on Nov 27 using USPS Priority Mail. I was supposed to receive the order on Monday Nov 30. I finally received my order on Dec 10, 10 days later than expected. In the interim, I tracked the package through USPS tracking everyday, only to be told that it was late, with no information on when the package would be delivered. For 12 days, the package bounced from Lexington KY, to Louisville KY, to Charlotte NC, back to Louisville KY, before being sent to Norwalk CT and Stamford CT for delivery. Clearly, the fault rests with the USPS system, not Anavii. However, Anavii relies on USPS to ship their orders. I have recommended to them to use a different shipper. Until then, customers should be aware of the risks and delays having their orders shipped through USPS.

After all the delays our customers have been experiencing with USPS service lately we recently added UPS as an alternate carrier choice and added an optional package insurance service. I do not trust the product that call themselves "CBD Hemp Oil. To me CBD oil is not the same as Hemp Oil. Hemp oil is made from pressing hemp seeds and CBD oil is extracted from hemp. You cannot call 1 product 2 names.

Hi Ronald. I agree that this can be confusing at times, but companies do use the term hemp oil to mean both with and without CBD. We do not sell any hemp oil that is just made from seeds without CBD extract included. Our products contain different carrier oils such a MTC oil, and hemp oil. Some companies choose to use hemp oil as a carrier oil in their CBD extracts.
