Paid for one day shipping, they dropped it off at UPS a day late. Thus, delaying my shipment by 5 days. Even though I paid extra for one day delivery. One business day to be exact, I paid on Wednesday, they sent me a email lying about sending it in the mail. To get a notification two days later, my delivery would maybe come in 5 days via UPS

I was able to offer you a discount due to the amount of time from the initial purchase and our return policy. You need to clearly state that your product is not full spectrum. That is why I won't buy it again from you.

Ted, You ordered from us on June 6th 2018, and purchased our 500mg CBD Tincture by Natures Hemp Oil. This product is 100% full spectrum CBD, and we have the lab reports as proof of what is in our product. Almost every product on our site is 100% full spectrum (with lab reports), minus 3 that are THC Free for customers who prefer that formula.
