Title: Exceptional professionalism and genuine respect for linguists
I have had an exceptionally positive experience working with Stephanie at ANA Lokalize. She is devoted to her work, highly accountable, responsive and genuinely respectful toward both her clients and the linguists she works with. What particularly impressed me was the way she handled every aspect of our collaboration, including payment. Although the agreed payment term was 45 days, she personally made sure that my payment was processed impeccably and reached me within only a couple of weeks. Stephanie understands both sides of this profession. As a linguist herself, she understands the realities and challenges linguists face, while also knowing the pressures of running an agency and serving clients.
