Took My MoneyChanged the Deal, Then Threatened Legal Action
This company is one of the most misleading and unethical businesses I’ve ever dealt with. They harassed me with repeated calls until I agreed to their so-called “premium package.” Before signing, I clearly told them my Amazon store was already active. They PROMISED 3 months of marketing on other platforms. The moment I signed, everything changed. Suddenly, nothing was included. Every single step required “extra payment.” It was a complete bait-and-switch. They say whatever you want to hear to get your money, then rewrite the rules after you sign. I decided to shut everything down on January 15 and asked them to return MY products. On April 2, they said they would send them back. Instead, they refused. They told me they would NOT return my products unless I removed my honest review. That is not business—that is intimidation and manipulation. Then they escalated it further by threatening “legal action” simply because I shared my experience. So let me be clear: You take people’s money, change the agreement, hold their products, and then threaten them for speaking up? That says everything. I have full documentation of every message, every promise, and my store performance. The funny part? After leaving them, I opened my own TikTok shop and started selling successfully without them—no hidden fees, no pressure, no games. You don’t need this company. At all. Avoid them.

We take customer concerns seriously, but we believe this review leaves out important facts about the payment and service timeline. The customer agreed to our Premium Package for $2,000, but only $1,000 was paid toward the package. Despite the remaining $1,000 balance, our team continued providing services and actively managing the Amazon store for approximately six months. During those six months, our team worked on the store, managed its day-to-day operations, and provided ongoing support. The store was generating approximately 20–30 orders per month during the engagement. We also want to clarify the situation regarding the products. At the beginning of the project, our Project Manager reviewed the specific product the customer wanted to sell. We explained that the product had been purchased by the customer in 2020 and, based on our assessment, we did not believe it was a strong product opportunity or likely to generate significant sales. The customer nevertheless specifically instructed our Account Manager to proceed with selling that product, and our team followed the customer's direction. For this reason, the characterization that the company simply took the customer's money, changed the agreement, and provided no services does not reflect the documented history of the engagement. The customer paid $1,000 of the agreed $2,000 package fee, while our team continued working on the account for approximately six months, despite the outstanding balance. Regarding the additional allegations about marketing, product returns, refunds, reviews, and communications, these matters are more appropriately addressed using the signed agreement, payment records, and documented communications rather than through assumptions or public statements. We respect the customer's right to share their experience, but we also believe it is important that the complete payment and service history is considered when evaluating this review.
